Consumer Review of AT810 Powertouch With Aquatec Electric Razor. This electric razor combines the ability to shave dry and wet with gel or shaving cream depending on desired comfort, preference, or available time. The razor itself is on the louder side, but it performs well. In comparison with an older Philips Norelco electric razor, it performs better across the board. It charges completely in an hour and lasts for about an hour per charge. I have been happy with this razor and am replacing my 7340XL with this product as it does much better at preventing irritation.
