Consumer Review of PT720 Powertouch Rechargeable Cordless Razor. The Philips Norelco PT720 electric razer is quite nice. It's easily the smoothest dry shave I've ever had. It will even handle sensitive skin well. If you have a beard, or other facial hair with tight corners, it's a bit hard to shave close to the trim, but otherwise it's nearly perfect.
